3R Ribersolo is an agricultural diagnostics organization whose services include soil and plant-tissue analysis. Lupit contributed the software layer supporting part of its laboratory workflow.
The challenge
NIR and XRF laboratory equipment generate specialized local files that must be ingested, converted into structured spectral data, associated with samples, checked for equipment and sample quality, and passed to the appropriate analytical workflows before results can be reviewed.
Lupit's responsibility
Lupit worked on a desktop application used in the laboratory environment and a backend service responsible for file processing, workflow orchestration, persistence, and result-management functions. Lupit integrated analytical scripts and reference assets supplied by 3R Ribersolo without claiming authorship of the underlying scientific methods or agronomic models.
Delivered capabilities
The verified implementation includes local equipment-directory monitoring; NIR and XRF file conversion; equipment quality-control workflows; checklist-based sample intake and spectral validation; integration of configured analytical scripts for soil texture, organic matter, and foliar nitrogen; result review and spreadsheet export; sample history; and administrative access and configuration.
