Terms of Use
- Effective date:
- August 6, 2026
- Version:
- 1.0
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Lupit’s public website. Lupit is identified by CNPJ 34.537.070/0001-03. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Lupit, its work, and ways to start a conversation. Website content is informational and does not by itself create a client, employment, partnership, fiduciary, or other contractual relationship. Any engagement requires a separate agreement approved by the relevant parties.
2. Eligibility and authority
You may use the website only if you have legal capacity to do so under applicable law. If you use it for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization. A child or adolescent may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal representative where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or to infringe another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or restricted areas;
- introduce malicious code, disrupt operation, evade security controls, or probe vulnerabilities without written authorization;
- scrape, copy, or use content in a way that violates law or Lupit’s or another party’s rights;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or submit content you are not authorized to provide; or
- use automated traffic that unreasonably burdens the website.
4. Messages and submitted material
You remain responsible for information you submit and must have the right to provide it. Do not send unlawful material, malicious code, sensitive personal data, or third-party confidential information unless necessary and authorized. You permit Lupit to use submitted material only as reasonably needed to receive, assess, and respond to the communication, comply with law, protect rights, and operate the relevant workflow. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The website and its text, visual identity, design, software, and other materials are owned by Lupit or used under permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Lupit grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the public website for lawful informational use. No trademark, source code, content, or other right is transferred except as expressly stated in writing. You may not remove rights notices or reproduce, adapt, distribute, license, or commercially exploit protected material without permission or a legal exception.
6. Third-party links and services
Links to third-party destinations are provided for convenience. Lupit does not control and does not necessarily endorse their content, availability, security, or practices. Third-party terms and privacy notices apply when you use those destinations.
7. Informational content and availability
We seek to keep website information useful, but content may be incomplete, become outdated, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without an unsupported guarantee of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, a particular outcome, or freedom from every defect or harmful component. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, regulatory, security, or other professional advice. Mandatory rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lupit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website or reliance on its general information. This limitation does not exclude or restrict liability where exclusion or restriction is prohibited, including liability that applicable law makes mandatory. Liability under a separate written agreement is governed by that agreement.
9. Protection of the website
Lupit may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, third parties, or legal rights; respond to misuse or a security event; perform maintenance; or comply with law. Lupit may also change or discontinue website features. Where appropriate and practical, we will avoid unnecessary disruption.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without excluding mandatory consumer or other protections that apply. The competent courts in Brazil will resolve disputes, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or dispute-resolution right established by applicable law. These Terms do not select a city or venue that has not been approved for publication.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or website changes. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date, and material changes will receive notice when required by law.
12. General provisions
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and documents expressly referenced here form the website-use terms and do not replace a separate signed agreement.
